Through cancer to slowness

As many of you know, though equally many may not know, in late 2018 I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. My remaining tumor is stable now, and hopefully won’t grow at all, but I do get bloodwork every 3 months to check on it. All of that to say, getting comfy cozy with uncertainty has been a necessity. A huge part of that comes from slowingggg downnnn. More than I ever realized I needed.
